Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers, contractors, and business partners through various communication channels
• Explain and uphold contract coverage to customers and contractors

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred
• Computer literacy is essential
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
