Job Summary:
As a Back of Culinary Associate at Chick-fil-A, you will play an essential role in delivering quality food and service. Youll be responsible for preparing, assembling, and presenting meals to Chick-fil-A standards. Responsibilities:
• Execute the preparation, cooking, and assembly of food items in a safe and efficient way
• Attain proficiency in all kitchen sections, from prepping ingredients to coating, frying, assembling dishes, and handling kitchen tasks meticulously
• Uphold a state of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times
• Maintain a constant check on the stock of supplies and ingredients and refill as needed
• Abide by Chick-fil-A’s standards to ensure food safety and sanitation are upheld
• Absorb and comply with the initiatives for new menu rollouts and staff training
• Quickly escalate any equipment problems to leadership
• Achieve the outlined responsibilities for the start or finish of the workday
• Comply with the regulations, criteria, and dress codes outlined by the company for employees
• Conduct any other tasks as designated
Qualifications and Experience:

Salary:
• The compensation package is designed to pay between $17.00 and $18.00 per hour, depending on the candidate’s experience and scheduling commitments
