CRO and UX Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Conversion Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of CRO strategies across client web properties
• Translate user behavior data and research into high-impact UX and UI improvements
• Design, launch, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to validate UX decisions

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in a UX, CRO, or performance-driven design role
• A strong portfolio showcasing modern, functional design and measurable impact
• 2+ years professional Figma experience (or 4+ with similar tools)
• Hands-on experience designing, launching, and evaluating A/B tests
• Working knowledge of UX research methodologies and web analytics
