Job Summary

A company is looking for a Credit Balance Lead to work remotely in Revenue Cycle Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and resolve credit balances while ensuring accuracy in patient and insurance refunds
  • Collaborate with other departments and manage client communications regarding credit balances
  • Develop training materials and provide mentoring to credit balance team members
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of Revenue Cycle Management experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience
  • Thorough understanding of medical billing and insurance practices
  • Experience with EOBs and cash posting processes in healthcare settings
