Job Summary

A company is looking for a Credit & Collection Representative to manage collections and financial analysis for assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee collections of assigned portfolio account receivables to meet cash flow goals
• Investigate and resolve customer disputes and inquiries in a timely manner
• Coordinate collection issues with sales management and ensure customer account alignment

Required Qualifications

• Baccalaureate degree or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with no experience
• Practical knowledge and demonstrated competence in the job area
• Experience in collections is preferred
• Familiarity with financial statement analysis
• Proficiency in SAP/FSCM and Excel, including V-lookups and pivot tables
