as a creative services intern at unmatte™, you’ll learn how real creative work gets done. not classroom theory. not fake projects. you’ll shadow live client work, get trained on our agency standards, and practice executing at a level that gets noticed.

this role is an internship — but it’s not unrecognized.
interns who consistently show up, take initiative, and deliver at a high level can be assigned to real clients and earn paid work under a creative services agent.

what you’ll do:
— support brand, content, strategy, or design projects based on your skill set
— learn unmatte™’s creative process, tools, systems, and client standards
— shadow agents and creatives across a range of industries
— complete practice projects and internal creative challenges
— receive feedback, mentorship, and skill-building opportunities
— earn the potential to move up to paid client work

this internship is for you if:
