Creative Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Creative Program Manager - Real Estate Creative - Contractor.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and intake new requests, define scope, clarify objectives, and identify resource needs
• Build and maintain integrated program plans, timelines, and milestones across concurrent workstreams
• Align stakeholders across Creative, Real Estate, Workplace Services, and external vendors

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in program or project management within a creative, agency, real estate, or architectural setting
• Strong background managing cross-functional creative teams and external partners
• Demonstrated experience leading multiple large-scale initiatives simultaneously
• Deep understanding of creative workflows for print, digital, experiential, or environmental design
• Proficiency in tools such as Slack, Asana, Smartsheet, Keynote, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office
