Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in digital design, creative direction, or multimedia production
• Proficiency in design and development tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Experience managing freelance creatives and external vendors
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and digital accessibility standards
