A company is looking for a Group Creative Director to oversee its in-house creative studio and lead creative strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the development of brand, design, and content to enhance the company's value proposition
• Oversee end-to-end creative development, ensuring high standards and alignment with business goals
• Lead and mentor a diverse team of creatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize brand experiences

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of creative leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a B2B SaaS in-house Creative Director role
• Experience in visual/brand strategy and optimizing client-side creative functions
• Proven ability to define and maintain an internal agency operating model
• Expertise in creating high-performing deliverables for integrated B2B and B2C campaigns
• A collaborative leader skilled in fostering cross-functional partnerships to align creative vision with business objectives
