Position Overview

We are currently seeking Remote Customer Support Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will provide outstanding service to Costco members by handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and offering guidance on Costco’s products and services—all from the comfort of your home office.

Key Responsibilities

Member Assistance: Respond promptly to inbound calls, emails, or live chats from members seeking product information, order assistance, or service details.

Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve concerns related to online orders, membership accounts, billing, or technical issues.

Communication: Provide clear and concise explanations, follow up on unresolved issues, and maintain effective communication with both members and internal teams.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant coursework is a plus.

Technical Skills: Basic proficiency with computers, online chat tools, and CRM platforms. A reliable high-speed internet connection and a home office setup are essential.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong active listening abilities.

Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically, remain calm under pressure, and use sound judgment to address member concerns.

Teamwork: Works well with remote teams; able to collaborate and escalate issues when necessary.
