Correspondent Purchase Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Correspondent Purchase Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review Closing Disclosure fees and signed loan documents for compliance
• Add conditions based on loan document reviews and oversee loan pipelines
• Communicate with internal and external partners regarding outstanding items

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years' experience in Closing and Funding
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws, including TRID regulations
• Competence in servicing transfers and familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Knowledge of lending guidelines for multiple states is a plus
