Key Responsibilities

• Offer timely legal advice on various matters, focusing on commercial and corporate law
• Manage the company's intellectual property portfolio and provide advice related to hiring and employment matters

Required Qualifications

• Current license in a U.S. state or international jurisdiction with a JD or equivalent
• Three or more years of relevant transactional experience at a leading law firm or comparable in-house practice
• Experience structuring complex transactions and negotiating commercial agreements
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
• Startup or tech experience as a client or in-house
