Job Summary

A company is looking for a Core Rust Engineer to join their remote team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize the core project, focusing on a distributed version of the engine
• Enhance search and data storage performance through innovative solutions
• Introduce new features to improve the functionality of the vector similarity search engine

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Rust programming
• Deep understanding of the Linux Kernel, including memory management and advanced networking concepts
• Expert knowledge in data structures and optimization techniques
• Proficiency in asynchronous programming concepts, particularly with frameworks like futures or tokio
• Experience in designing and working with the architecture of search engines and database systems
