Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contracts Manager to support its Contracts and Compliance Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and negotiate complex subcontractor and supplier contracts, ensuring compliance and timely execution
• Lead contract negotiations and structure various types of contracts while acting as a trusted advisor
• Engage with stakeholders to manage contractual risks and issues, providing mentorship and training to team members

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 5+ years of experience in project management, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in contracting for Professional Services, including RFP responses and managing complex contracts
• U.S. citizenship verification required due to legal restrictions
• Ability to meet security screening requirements, including the Microsoft Cloud Background Check
• Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in finance or Business Law and 12+ years of contracting experience
