Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full contract lifecycle including proposal support, negotiation, execution, and compliance
• Lead contract administration on complex DoD and IT-related O&M contracts
• Perform detailed cost analysis and support pricing strategies in coordination with finance and program management

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• Five or more years of experience managing complex DoD and IT-related O&M contracts
• Demonstrated cost analysis experience, including financial forecasting and reporting
• In-depth knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FAR/DFARS) and contract negotiation practices
• Active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one
