Content & Campaign Specialist (Part-Time / Remote)
Flexible schedule | Remote (U.S.-based preferred) |$22–$28/hour
Are you looking to grow your marketing career while being mentored by an experienced leader in a fast-paced, mission-driven healthcare consulting company?
BHM Healthcare Solutions is seeking a Content & Campaign Specialist to help power our content-driven marketing engine. This is more than a simple content posting role — it’s a collaborative, fast-evolving position perfect for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a creative environment, and wants to grow with a company making an impact in healthcare.
You’ll work closely with our VP of Marketing to create and publish a wide range of compelling digital content — from weekly insights articles to whitepapers, infographics, email campaigns, and beyond. Over time, you’ll help guide and expand our content systems, tools, and tactics that attract and engage key decision-makers across the healthcare industry.
What You’ll Do
Content & Campaign Execution
• Develop, edit, and publish a broad range of content including:
• Insight articles
• Social media posts
• Email campaigns
• Whitepapers, infographics, brochures, case studies, industry reports and more
• Use AI-generated drafts (we’ll train you!) and transform them into high-quality, professional B2B content
• Design visuals to align with brand guidelines across all content types
• Manage and schedule content through online scheduling platforms
• Contribute ideas for new content formats and lead-gen strategies
Project Management & Coordination
• Maintain a rolling to-do list and meeting agenda supporting weekly 1:1 and team meetings
• Collaborate with the VP of Marketing to shape monthly themes and strategic goals
• Oversee tasks assigned to administrative support, including training and quality control
• Track progress across core and supplementary content models and assist with project coordination and priority identification
Performance & Optimization
• Monitor KPIs related to content performance (website, email, and social)
• Identify trends and propose improvements to enhance reach, engagement, and inbound lead generation
• Collaborate with our technology contractor to identify and implement AI-powered automations
Tools You’ll Use (Training Provided!)
• Zoho Marketing Plus – email and campaign automation
• Publer – social media scheduling
• Canva – content design
• BasicOps – project tracking
• TeamGPT – collaborative AI content ideation
• Zoom – meetings and internal communication
• RanksPro – SEO and content performance tracking
• WordPress – CMS website management platform
Who You Are
• You’re digitally fluent and comfortable learning new tools quickly
• You enjoy variety in your work and are energized by the opportunity to grow your skills
• You’re confident creating and editing AI-generated content and know what makes good B2B messaging land
• You’re organized, punctual, deadline driven and take pride in keeping projects on track and aligned
• You communicate clearly, ask great questions, and enjoy being part of a collaborative team that is building new systems and refining old ones
• You’re comfortable taking initiative and can also easily switch gears when needed
• You can work autonomously or within a team environment and are comfortable with both
• Bonus: You’re interested in healthcare, analytics, AI prompt engineering or marketing automation
Why This Role Is Different
This isn’t a “stay in your lane” kind of position. You’ll help us build and scale a smart content engine — not just maintain it. You’ll be supported with mentorship, opportunities for creative license and the chance to try new things. You’ll get exposure to a wide variety of content types and marketing tactics while having the flexibility of a part-time remote schedule with growth potential.
Qualifications:
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or content coordination (can include internships or freelance)
• Strong writing and editing skills, especially in business or professional tone (portfolio or writing sample required)
• Demonstrated ability to work with digital tools such as Canva, a marketing platform (like Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or Zoho), or a CMS/website platform (like WordPress, Wix, etc.)
• Basic understanding of B2B communication and what makes content “professional yet engaging”
• Organized and detail-oriented, with examples of managing deadlines or juggling multiple tasks/projects
• Self-starter with coachability — demonstrates willingness to learn, take feedback, and improve
• Tech-comfortable — can navigate digital platforms, browser-based tools, and Zoom confidently
