Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Consumer Business to optimize and expand its Private Pay business line.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day business operations and performance management using KPIs and analytics
• Collaborate across departments to enhance internal processes and customer experiences
• Support growth initiatives by evaluating opportunities and managing execution with the Director of Private Pay

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in product management, brand management, or general management in a consumer-focused business
• Proven project management experience with cross-functional initiatives
• Strong business acumen with proficiency in performance analysis and data tools
