Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Manager, Distributed and Hybrid Workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and monitor employment laws across multiple states and ensure compliance with local regulations
• Develop and implement HR policies, workflows, and communications for the organization
• Manage compliance throughout the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes

Required Qualifications

• Experience in managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively
• Proven ability to draft and implement HR policies and workflows
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and payroll processes
• Knowledge of US federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently
