Compact RN Telephone Triage

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Hospice Telephone Triage RN.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide after-hours triage support for hospice and home health clients
• Utilize technology and EMRs for patient documentation and care coordination
• Manage multiple calls while adhering to protocols and providing empathetic communication

Required Qualifications

• MUST have or be willing to obtain a Compact RN license
• Experience in hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care is preferred
• Experience in fast-paced environments such as ED, surgical services, or critical care
• Comfortable with technology and accessing multiple applications during calls
• Must reside in the U.S. and be legally eligible to work for any employer
