A company is looking for a Community & Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboard new partners and researchers, providing platform walkthroughs and managing vulnerability report triage
  • Track customer satisfaction metrics and advocate for customer needs within the organization


Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in community management, customer success, or bug bounty program management
  • Experience moderating large technical communities and implementing engagement strategies
  • 2 years of knowledge in cybersecurity fundamentals and familiarity with LLM safety concepts
  • Proficiency in community or customer success analytics tools
  • Ability to work across time zones and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
