Job Summary

A company is looking for a Communications Specialist to support communication, knowledge management, and stakeholder engagement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and regularly update the EPMO SharePoint site with relevant documentation and resources
• Collaborate with EPO leadership to ensure SharePoint content reflects current standards and procedures
• Manage stakeholder and distribution lists to support effective communication efforts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of experience in System Support or Analytics, or
• High School Diploma or GED and 7 years of experience in System Support or Analytics
• Proficiency in communication tools such as SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite
• Project Management experience preferred
• SharePoint Application experience preferred
