Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commissions Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work cross-functionally with multiple departments to improve processes related to commissions and bonuses
  • Support the annual commission planning process through scenario modeling and data analysis
  • Administer sales commission calculations and ensure accurate processing of payments in collaboration with relevant teams
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of combined Financial/FP&A/Commission experience
  • Experience using Salesforce, NetSuite preferred, and Incentive Compensation tools
  • Familiarity with booking metrics in accordance with company policy
  • Ability to take initiative and work flexibly in a deadline-driven environment
  • Demonstrate commitment to mastering new skills
