Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collection Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to reduce aging accounts receivable over 60 days
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and letters to address inquiries and provide education on payment options
• Document all activities and prepare placement packages for potential litigation

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience required
• Prior experience in call center, customer service, collections, or healthcare billing preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively preferred
