Cloud Engineer - OpenSearch

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cloud Engineer - OpenSearch (Elasticsearch).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage Amazon OpenSearch Service clusters in secure AWS environments
• Integrate OpenSearch with AWS services for real-time log analytics and develop dashboards for operational insights
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and monitoring while implementing performance tuning and security best practices

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of professional IT experience with cloud technologies, preferably AWS
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience managing and optimizing Elasticsearch or Amazon OpenSearch Service
• Strong knowledge of AWS-native services for log aggregation and observability
• Proficiency in Linux administration, shell scripting, and CI/CD workflows
