Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement scalable, resilient, and secure cloud-native applications
• Lead the modernization of legacy monolithic applications into microservices-based architectures
• Mentor and coach SREs and software engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on cloud-native development
• 5+ years of experience architecting solutions on AWS or other major cloud platforms
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Azure DevOps in production environments
• Proficiency in Python, Node.js, C++, C#, and .NET Core
• Demonstrated experience in mentoring and leading engineering teams
