Clinical Trial Associate - Bilingual Mandarin

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate, Rater Services (Clinical Trial Associate) - Bilingual Mandarin - West Coast.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute tasks in line with company SOPs and regulatory standards
• Act as primary point of contact for sites/raters/CRO throughout the study lifecycle
• Oversee and mentor junior study team members while supporting Rater Services Managers

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree and/or 3+ years of relevant experience
• 2+ years' work experience related to clinical trials
• Professional level of fluency in Mandarin and English
• CRA/CRO experience is a plus
• Project Management or service-related industry experience preferable
