Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source licensed and pre-licensed clinicians using various platforms
• Cultivate and maintain diverse pipelines of qualified candidates
• Engage passive candidates through compelling outreach and collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of talent sourcing or recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare or behavioral health
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms
• Demonstrated success in engaging and converting passive candidates
• Experience in a fast-paced or startup environment is a plus
• Passion for mental health and the organization's mission
