Clinical Reporting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Clinical Reporting & Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and develop analytic and reporting strategies, including business intelligence tools and data models
• Maintain relationships with internal and external teams and stakeholders
• Oversee the operations of the analytic and reporting function and manage staff performance and development

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data model development, business intelligence, report design, and data analysis
• 2+ years of direct supervisory or management experience
• Bachelor's degree in finance, data management, mathematics, analytics, statistics, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency with Power BI and similar business intelligence tools
• Strong understanding of data modeling, reporting tools, and advanced analytical techniques
