Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Manager to support clients within the Managed Security Solutions business unit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboard new clients and inform them of expected outcomes based on requested services
  • Engage in technical discussions regarding operational activities related to cyber threat actor operations
  • Provide technical and product support for Managed Services to encourage client renewals
Required Qualifications
  • Four-year degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • Familiarity with various SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, LogRhythm, QRadar)
  • Knowledge of the MITRE Attack Framework
  • Security+ or equivalent cyber security certification
  • Current knowledge of client success practices, security threats, and network technologies
