A company is looking for a Client Success Manager, EMEA (English & French).

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure clients understand the platform and its capabilities while aligning with their business needs
• Drive user adoption through education on features and identify upsell opportunities
• Develop engagement strategies and represent client feedback for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in French and English
• 2-4 years of experience in client success or account management
• Experience promoting SaaS solutions in a client success role
• Strong project management and prioritization skills
• Experience with CRM software and web-based tools
