Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Coordinator to ensure client satisfaction and improve the overall client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively interact with clients to align marketing strategies with their business goals
• Complete marketing recap reports and meet with clients to review campaign performance
• Assist Senior Client Success Managers with day-to-day tasks and maintain strong client relationships

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in digital marketing or a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with project management software
• Foundational knowledge of PPC and SEO strategies preferred
• Ability to gather and analyze data to create comprehensive reports
• Strong work ethic and exceptional customer service skills
