Client Solution Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Meritain Client Solution Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and manage internal projects from initiation through completion
• Develop comprehensive program plans that encompass objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation
• Create a continuous improvement plan for the project and program department to enhance delivery processes and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years of directly related work experience
• Experience with a TPA or health care preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Certification in project management is desirable
• Ability to communicate with all levels of senior management and cross-functional teams
