Client Solution Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Solution Engineer to provide technical and product advisory services to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise new prospects on product offerings and design tailored solutions
• Coordinate technical project timelines and manage implementation projects
• Assist with technical integration processes and resolve client-facing issues

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of implementation and solution experience as a Solution/Pre-sale Engineer or similar role
• 2+ years of experience in the payments industry with knowledge of various payment solutions
• Ability to read, debug, and understand web applications (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Working knowledge of web integration technologies and APIs
• Familiarity with ticketing systems like SalesForce or Zendesk
