Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Services Specialist responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls to assist clients with login issues, billing questions, and device troubleshooting
• Process tickets and manage requests while maintaining industry knowledge and adhering to security and compliance requirements
• Take ownership of assigned calls and tickets, ensuring outstanding service and client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service, tech support, or escalation support experience
• 1-2 years of experience in a FinTech or SaaS environment
• Knowledge of Microsoft Suite of products (e.g., Excel, Word)
• Understanding of the payments processing industry is beneficial
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple tasks under pressure
