Key Responsibilities

• Field incoming emails and phone calls from prospective and existing clients regarding pricing, billing, and product information
• Act as the primary contact for membership applications and account setup, ensuring smooth transitions to the sales team
• Collaborate with team members to ensure client needs are met and maintain accurate records in Salesforce

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service within a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to work under time constraints and meet deadlines
• BA/BS degree or international equivalent preferred
• Proficiency with Salesforce.com preferred
