Client Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Operations Analyst to support medical record retrieval projects for health insurance companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track and report on medical record retrieval projects, communicating project metrics and outcomes
  • Analyze data to prioritize medical chart location efforts within the network of hospitals and clinics
  • Coordinate with the Client Experience team to ensure effective communication and data sharing with clients
Required Qualifications
  • Expertise in data analysis and proficiency in analytic tools such as Microsoft Excel and SQL databases
  • Experience with Pivot tables, V lookup, and Power Query
  • Demonstrated ability to execute against goals and deadlines
  • Experience in the healthcare insurance or health IT industry is preferred but not required
  • Basic knowledge of Power BI and SQL is a plus
