Client Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Manager to focus on the retention and growth of existing mid-market clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas for bookings and net retention
• Develop trust relationships with mid-tier customers to prevent churn
• Proactively contact customers to discuss improvements and ensure high responsiveness to requests

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success
• Proven track record of exceeding retention and sales quotas
• Strong technical aptitude and solution selling skills
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Willingness to dedicate extra effort beyond normal working hours
