A company is looking for a Client Experience Manager, Venues & Festivals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, managing their daily needs and inquiries
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients, ensuring effective onboarding and long-term success
  • Manage client projects, timelines, and event builds while implementing process improvements for optimized workflows


Qualifications
  • 5+ years in similar roles with online ticketing, festivals, or venues
  • Experience with event management, financial reporting, and digital marketing in primary event ticketing software
  • Familiarity with external tools used by professional sports teams
  • A bachelor's degree in business or a related field; postgraduate degree or additional certifications preferred
  • Proficiency in Hubspot, Notion, Slack, & Google Apps
