Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Support Specialist who will provide customer service and support to the Claims department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor phone queue and assist with incoming calls related to new and existing claims
  • Gather and document information for new claims, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
  • Provide updates on claim progress and collaborate with internal teams for resolution
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Must be customer-focused and action-oriented
  • Ability to navigate and input data into multiple claims management systems
  • Must be bondable and capable of obtaining any necessary state licenses
  • Interest or knowledge of classic or collector vehicles is a plus
