Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor of Claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee claims processing to ensure timely and accurate handling
• Manage claims inventory and respond to escalated issues and client inquiries
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and assist in new client implementation

Required Qualifications and Education

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
• Associate's Degree in Business preferred
• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Processor or higher required
• 3+ years of previous supervisory experience preferred
• Experience with the QicLink system is a plus
