Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Quality Analyst to promote excellent call quality and documentation through consistent monitoring.

Key Responsibilities
  • Remotely monitor customer service representatives to ensure quality call handling and accurate documentation
  • Provide feedback to representatives on monitored calls and complete daily statistical reports
  • Attend department meetings and notify management of serious call quality infractions
Required Qualifications
  • High School Graduate required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a call center, preferably in claims processing
  • Proficient in typing speed and strong keyboarding/computer skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Detail-oriented with good observation skills
