Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor of Operational Support.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily functions of the Operations Support team and assign duties
• Maintain compliance with government regulations related to claims and healthcare operations
• Oversee staff training and resolve grievances to ensure a harmonious work environment

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of TPA experience
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is desirable
• Strong knowledge of Medicare, HIPAA, FMLA, and other relevant regulations
• Experience in managing teams and implementing process improvements
• Prior involvement in training and mentoring staff is preferred
