Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief Operating Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Co-lead long-range planning and annual goal-setting with the CEO, translating strategic plans into operational plans
• Provide oversight of G&A functions, ensuring operational excellence in finance, HR, compliance, and risk management
• Own performance management infrastructure, including OKRs and KPIs, to drive accountability and decision-making

Required Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of senior executive experience in a fast-growing tech company, nonprofit, or social impact organization
• Proven track record of scaling teams and systems during periods of significant organizational growth
• Experience in high-level planning, budgeting, and cross-functional operations
• Strong understanding of mission-driven, remote-first organizations and change management
• Exceptional strategic operator with a bias for action and data-informed decision-making
