Required Qualifications

• Experience as a senior operator, such as COO or Chief of Staff, in high-quality environments
• Background in top-tier consultancy, banking, or high-growth companies
• Experience with OKRs and performance review processes at scale
• Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and familiarity with financial modeling
• Ability to assess market opportunities and support M&A integrations
