Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy to support the organization's mission
• Manage and grow a portfolio of major donors and lead cultivation and stewardship efforts
• Oversee grant proposal development and enhance the organization's external messaging and brand identity

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in fundraising and communications with significant leadership experience
• Proven track record of raising at least $5 million annually
• Experience managing and mentoring high-performing teams
• Strong strategic thinking and project management skills
