• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and improve customer service skills.

Skills
• Proven experience in customer support or call center environments.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly.
• Ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions.
• Experience in sales is a plus, with a knack for identifying opportunities within client interactions.
• Proficient typing skills for efficient data entry and communication documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.35 – $35.51 per hour
