Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Operations Coordinator - Chargebacks Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Process chargeback claims from pharmaceutical wholesalers to manufacturers
• Verify membership and perform contract set ups
• Collaborate to respond to non-standard requests while adhering to service level goals

Required Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED or equivalent experience preferred
• Minimum of 1 year business to business collections experience highly preferred
• 1+ years' experience in a related field preferred
• Must live within a 1 hour radius of LaVergne, TN
