Channel Partner Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager, Channel Partners (Health Plans).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with channel partners, including onboarding and maintaining strong connections
• Provide ongoing support and training to partners in collaboration with Account Management and Commercial teams
• Monitor partner performance and develop strategies to improve client retention, satisfaction, and drive revenue

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of experience in channel management, implementation project management, account management, or sales
• Experience with large-scale, complex projects and cross-functional collaboration
• Proven ability to drive projects with minimal guidance from concept to execution
• Demonstrated success in managing and influencing teams in dynamic environments
