Change Management Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Change Management Analyst to facilitate smooth transitions and ensure successful adoption of new initiatives within the Enterprise Data & Analytics team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute communication plans for various initiatives and manage internal communication channels
• Coordinate training sessions and collaborate with subject matter experts to develop training materials
• Track success metrics of methodology adoption and prepare reports on change management progress

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in change management, communications, or training roles
• 2+ years of experience in a data or analytics environment
• Proficiency in website design and content management systems
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Certifications such as ACMP or PMP are preferred
