Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide and coach 2 to 3 Scrum teams in the effective application of Scrum practices and principles
• Ensure team stability and productivity by removing impediments and fostering a positive working environment
• Provide transparency on deliverables through regular updates, reports, and meetings

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably with multiple teams
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
